We offer a lesson format through Group Classes that are recorded and can be rewatched later if you are unavailable. This is a perfect way to learn when the time difference is great or you have a busy schedule! The video recording archive will be made available to you after registration, until  January 31, 2025. We use Zoom Focus mode for our online classes. If participants want, it gives the host a view of their videos without other participants seeing each other. Participants can see only their name. Please feel free to join us!

Nihon Buyo Core Movements
           Drill and Stretch
$60 USD/$10 per 30min

We are excited to introduce a new group lesson this semester, inspired by ballet barre classes. Instead of learning new choreography, this class focuses on repetitive drills of fundamental movements to help you deepen your understanding of Nihon Buyo. Since the art of Nihon Buyo is built upon mastering familiar movements through repetition, this practice will be incredibly beneficial. Additionally, the class includes stretching, making it perfect for both exercise and maintaining your health. You are welcome to participate at your own pace and enjoy the process. The class will also be recorded, so if you miss a session, you can catch up later.
